A glimpse of the Mutya ng Dabaw (Reina Kobayashi) with other awarded candidates intervened in the middle of the parade as they were sitting on their float and waving to the people. They served as models of beauty to the Dabawenyas both inside and out.

Dog lovers will surely love the intrusion of dog owners who also paraded their pets in the event. They gathered and walked as a group and blissfully attracted other participants by their cooperation. These dogs are for surely a true Dabawenyo in this event.
Students from different participating schools were also present in the event. They showcased their talent in an obviously prepared performance in their complete props and attire.
All in all, the event ended in a wonderful satisfaction in every group and individuals who were there. Once in a year, we celebrate the day of our city and in respect we offer such deserving parade to this place. A place where opportunities and blessings dwell.
Davao Region.
